Rohit leads Techno Group's engineering practice with over 20 years of multi-disciplinary experience across MEPF consultancy. Under his leadership, the firm has become one of the primary MEP consultants for IHCL (Taj) and a preferred partner for India's leading hospitality, real-estate, and industrial developers.
He is a Chartered Electrical Engineer with the Institution of Engineers (India), an IGBC Accredited Professional, and personally reviews every major project the firm undertakes.
Techno Group was founded in 1985 by the late Mr Sudhir Shetye, who built the firm's foundational philosophy of engineering discipline, codal compliance, and hands-on project supervision — principles that continue to define the practice today.
