We are a 40 year old company based in Mumbai India specializing in MEPF design services . We are a team of 26 MEPF Professionals including Electrical Engineers , Mechanical Engineers , Civil Engineers handling multiple large scale projects including Five Star Hotels , IT parks , Big Commercial Buildings , Residential Buildings , Industrial projects and Factories
We have been involved in some of the leading hotel, residential , industrial and commercial projects in the country
We have completed several reputed five star hotel projects including Taj Swarna Amritsar , Taj Falaknuma Hyderabad , Vivanta Pune , Taj Mahal Mumbai after attacks , Taj Mahal New Delhi , Taj Exotica Palm Jumeirah Dubai. Currently we are working on 13 greenfield five star hotel projects with Indian Hotels (Taj), IHG , Accor , Hilton , RHG . Lemontree , Sarovar.

We are aware of all applicable international and Hotel operator standards . We also aim to prove our quality skills, fair prices and customer care, so that we continue our business relationship for many years, reflected by repeat customers and high customer satisfaction. Close coordination with architects , interior designers , structural engineers , client architects and coordinators is our forte . Our designs aim to be sustainable , energy efficient and aiming for net zero carbon emissions.
